This Policy applies to Students, Parents/Guardians, Tutors/Teachers, Institution representatives, and other visitors.

- Account & profile: name, email, phone, password (hashed), timezone, education level/grade, subject needs, preferences
- Student materials & instructions: documents, drafts, prompts, rubrics, assignment directions, messages, notes you submit
- Scheduling details: bookings, availability, cancellations/reschedules, attendance
- Support communications: emails, chat messages, tickets, call notes, and feedback
- Billing (limited): billing name/address (if requested), invoices, payment confirmations, refund requests
B. Information collected automatically
- Device/usage: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, language, pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps
- Logs & security: authentication events, fraud and abuse indicators, error logs, crash reports
- Cookies/trackers: used for authentication, preferences, performance, analytics, and security
C. Information from third parties
- Payment processors: payment status, transaction IDs, dispute/chargeback metadata, fraud signals (not full card/bank details)

3. Video Tools & Recording
We may use third-party conferencing tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams to deliver Services.
Recording (if enabled): Some sessions may be recorded for quality assurance, training, safety, dispute resolution, or to provide study/review materials where applicable. When recording is enabled, we may process audio/video content, in-session chat, shared screens (if you share them), and timestamps/attendance data.
Your choices: Where required by law, we will seek consent or provide notice before recording. If you do not want to be recorded, you may request a non-recorded session when available or discontinue participation.
4. How We Use Personal Information
- Provide, personalize, and operate Services (account creation, tutoring delivery, scheduling)

6. Do Not Sell or Share (CCPA/CPRA)
Skills Axis LLC does not sell your personal information.
Skills Axis LLC also does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (“CCPA/CPRA”).
If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any required notices and opt-out mechanisms.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide Services, satisfy accounting/tax/legal requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Retention varies by data type.

We implement safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, secure transmission, monitoring, and vendor management. Payments are processed through PCI-aligned third-party processors and we do not store full payment instrument details.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

Services may be used by minors with parent/legal guardian involvement. Parents/guardians may control accounts for minors, including scheduling and billing.
