Important Licensing Notice Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, materials delivered by Skills Axis LLC are licensed for personal educational use only. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, and public reposting of full deliverables are prohibited.

1.Scope

This Licensing Policy applies to site content, templates, tutoring materials, research guidance, study resources, writing support documents, examples, drafts, feedback, and other materials delivered or made available through Skillsaxis.com by Skills Axis LLC.

This Policy forms part of the terms governing your use of the Platform and Services.

2.Ownership

Skills Axis LLC and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in Platform content, service methods, educational materials, templates, internal workflows, designs, documentation, and proprietary resources.

Except for the limited license expressly granted under this Policy, no ownership rights are transferred to you by accessing the Platform, purchasing Services, downloading materials, or receiving deliverables.

3.License Granted

Upon successful payment, customers receive a limited license to use eligible deliverables and materials for personal educational purposes.

3.1 License Characteristics

  • Personal: intended only for the customer or authorized student receiving the Service.
  • Non-exclusive: Skills Axis LLC may provide similar materials or Services to others.
  • Non-transferable: the license may not be assigned, transferred, resold, or sublicensed.
  • Revocable: the license may be revoked if this Policy or related Terms are violated.
  • Educational: materials may be used for learning, study, guidance, and academic support.

4.License Limits

The license granted under this Policy does not permit commercial exploitation, public distribution, resale, sublicensing, automated scraping, mass reproduction, or use that violates academic integrity rules or applicable law.

Access to the Platform or receipt of a deliverable does not grant permission to copy the Platform, reproduce its service model, reverse engineer internal methods, or reuse proprietary templates for competing services.

5.Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, publish, or commercially exploit deliverables.
  • Publicly repost full deliverables, templates, guides, or proprietary materials.
  • Use materials in breach of institutional academic integrity policies.
  • Upload materials to essay mills, homework cheating platforms, public repositories, or marketplace sites.
  • Remove copyright, attribution, proprietary notices, watermarks, or usage restrictions.
  • Use Platform materials to train, benchmark, or improve competing commercial services without written permission.
  • Share account access or downloaded materials with unauthorized third parties.
Academic Integrity Notice Materials are provided for tutoring, educational guidance, research support, and learning assistance. They must not be submitted or represented in violation of academic rules, school policies, or applicable law.

6.Third-Party Materials

Some materials may include references, citations, excerpts, links, public resources, software, templates, or other content owned by third parties. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.

Your use of third-party materials may be subject to independent license terms, publisher rules, copyright limitations, fair use principles, citation requirements, or platform-specific policies.

7.User Materials

You retain ownership of materials you upload or submit to the Platform, such as assignment instructions, drafts, rubrics, notes, files, or reference materials, subject to any rights held by third parties.

By submitting materials, you grant Skills Axis LLC a limited right to use them as needed to provide, support, secure, improve, and document the requested Services.

8.Enforcement

Breaches of this Policy may result in license revocation, account restrictions, service suspension, denial of future service, removal of access to materials, or legal action where applicable.

Outstanding payment obligations, academic integrity obligations, and confidentiality restrictions may continue even after account suspension or license revocation.

9.Policy Updates

We may update this Licensing Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
