3.License Granted

3.1 License Characteristics

- Non-exclusive: Skills Axis LLC may provide similar materials or Services to others.
- Non-transferable: the license may not be assigned, transferred, resold, or sublicensed.
- Revocable: the license may be revoked if this Policy or related Terms are violated.
- Educational: materials may be used for learning, study, guidance, and academic support.
4.License Limits
The license granted under this Policy does not permit commercial exploitation, public distribution, resale, sublicensing, automated scraping, mass reproduction, or use that violates academic integrity rules or applicable law.
Access to the Platform or receipt of a deliverable does not grant permission to copy the Platform, reproduce its service model, reverse engineer internal methods, or reuse proprietary templates for competing services.
5.Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, publish, or commercially exploit deliverables.
- Publicly repost full deliverables, templates, guides, or proprietary materials.
- Use materials in breach of institutional academic integrity policies.
- Upload materials to essay mills, homework cheating platforms, public repositories, or marketplace sites.

- Share account access or downloaded materials with unauthorized third parties.
6.Third-Party Materials
Some materials may include references, citations, excerpts, links, public resources, software, templates, or other content owned by third parties. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
Your use of third-party materials may be subject to independent license terms, publisher rules, copyright limitations, fair use principles, citation requirements, or platform-specific policies.
7.User Materials

8.Enforcement

Outstanding payment obligations, academic integrity obligations, and confidentiality restrictions may continue even after account suspension or license revocation.

We may update this Licensing Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
