1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing Skillsaxis.com, creating an account, purchasing a service, subscribing, scheduling a session, or making any payment through the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our related policies, including our Online Payment Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility (Adults, Minors, Institutions)
- Adults (18+). Students aged 18 or older may register and pay for Services directly.
- Minors (Under 18). A parent or legal guardian is required for minors and is responsible for payments, compliance, and conduct on the Platform.
- Institutions/Educators. Authorized institutions or educators may purchase Services on behalf of students if they have proper authorization to do so.
You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it current.
3. Services & No Guaranteed Outcomes
Skills Axis LLC provides online academic support services, which may include tutoring, writing assistance, coaching, and related educational guidance (“Services”).
No Guaranteed Outcomes: Payments do not guarantee academic outcomes, grades, exam results, admissions outcomes, or performance improvements.
4. Accounts & User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials and restrict access to authorized users only
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate profile and billing information
- Pay all fees and charges associated with your account according to the rates and deadlines shown at checkout or invoicing
Failure to pay on time may result in account suspension, session cancellations, access restrictions, withholding of results (if applicable), and disruption of Services.
5. Scheduling, Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellation/Rescheduling Window: Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with 24–48 hours notice.
- Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
- User Lateness: If a user is late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.
6. Pricing, Plans & Subscriptions
- Pricing is displayed transparently at checkout.
- Fees may vary based on academic level, urgency, subject complexity, timeline, and tutor expertise.
- Skills Axis LLC may adjust pricing; changes do not affect previously paid Services.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- If you do not cancel in time, you may be charged for the next cycle.
7. Payments & Accepted Methods
Skills Axis LLC uses secure, encrypted payment processors designed to comply with PCI-DSS standards. Payment data is transmitted through secure gateways. We do not store full credit card or banking details.

- Direct Debit / ACH (subject to NACHA Operating Rules)
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, and supported regional wallets)

- Checks (U.S. residents only; Services are activated upon clearance)
8. Currency & International Payments
- All transactions are processed in USD.
- Users are responsible for bank fees, international charges, and currency conversion costs.
- Currency conversion rates are determined by the processing bank or payment provider at the time of the transaction.
9. Late Payments, Failed Transactions & Service Restrictions
- Declined, failed, reversed, or returned payments may lead to temporary suspension of Services.
- The Platform may reattempt payment processing for overdue balances.
- Repeated payment failure may result in account termination.
Note: ACH transactions may be subject to return and investigation rules, and repeated failed transactions may lead to restrictions.
10. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted for:
- Cancellation within the approved cancellation window
- Tutor unavailability or non-delivery of agreed Services
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Services already delivered or substantially completed
- Missed sessions due to user lateness or absence
- Dissatisfaction related to grades, exam results, or personal expectations
- Violations of academic integrity policies
Refund Process
- Requests must be submitted in writing within 7–14 days of the service date.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Processing time: typically 5–15 business days, depending on the payment provider.
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Please contact Skills Axis LLC before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or bad-faith chargebacks may result in account suspension, denial of future service, and submission of transaction evidence to financial institutions.
12. Taxes
- Applicable U.S. sales tax or digital services taxes may be applied based on jurisdiction.
- Users are responsible for complying with local tax obligations.
13. Academic Integrity
- Services are strictly for tutoring, academic guidance, and educational support.
- Violations of academic integrity may lead to immediate termination of Services without refund.
14. Data Security & Privacy
- Skills Axis LLC uses secure processing and does not store full credit card or banking details.
- Payments are processed by certified third-party processors.
- Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy and applicable data laws (including GDPR where applicable).
15. Suspension & Termination
Skills Axis LLC may suspend or terminate accounts due to:
- Fraudulent or suspicious payment activity
- Repeated failed transactions
- Violations of these Terms or related policies
- Outstanding balances (which remain payable even after termination)
16. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
